BANJO PATTERSON PARK

Public BBQ

This park, situated across the road from Jindabyne shopping precinct, offers breathtaking views of Lake Jindabyne. It's an ideal place for a family outing or a peaceful walk along the lakefront, with a trail encircling the park. The park features a children's playground, a skate park, and an assortment of play equipment, which can be enjoyed by both younger and older kids. There's a fenced-off area for the kids and the park is also dog-friendly. Ample parking is available for convenience. Notably, it has a statue of Sir Paweł Edmund Strzelecki and is a site of historical significance. The park is equipped with public toilets and picnic tables, making it perfect for picnics. However, heavy rain can cause some parts of the park and path to flood. Shops across the park provide easy access to food and souvenirs.
